At Global IT Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific refund policies depending on the service provided.

2. Website Development & Software Services

• Refunds are not applicable once the project scope has been finalized and work has commenced.

• If a cancellation request is made before the work starts, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative and processing fees.

• No refunds will be issued after project completion and delivery.

3. Domain & Hosting Services

• Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable as they are processed immediately.

• Hosting services can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a partial refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided.

• If a hosting service is terminated due to a policy violation, no refund will be issued.

4. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

• Due to the ongoing nature of SEO and digital marketing work, refunds are not available once a campaign has started.

• If the service is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued based on administrative costs.

5. Subscription-Based Services

• Monthly or yearly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

• If a customer wishes to discontinue a service, they must request cancellation before the next billing cycle.

6. Refund Processing

• All approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Any transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
